The Magick behind Exhaustion

It is through the sweat beads and the scream that comes within that, maybe not even knowing how, you die and feel reborn. It is during that extremely painful instant when the gates of the our maximum capabilities open before us. It is not only a “one more punch”, or “the final hop”, but the anticipation of an end to come, and also the promise of pure renewal.

The ascending/descending spiritual path, if separated from the physical path, is no path at all, just a masquerade. Cultivating mind-spirit-body as a continuum is crucial, is necessary and it is indeed hard. But the reward is a perennial treasure no one can take from you: it is proof that you have been strong enough to do it.

So let’s rejoice on what we learn through effort and pain when going through a hard physical training, as effort and pain will have to be acknowledged when ascending as well as descending.

This teaching I need to remind: “Next time you are about to give up, use the pain, use nausea, use the sweat, use the ‘un-wellness’, and release it. Be Pain, be Spontaneous Death. Become the Blinding Light of Self-Overcoming.”
